Panic in the Complex

It was morning and the facility standing before me was full of little actions of production. Two groups of birds were watching over from above, on the roofs. Like snipers, just waiting for the order to kill. Every movement was seen, every sound heard by everyone in the two flocks. Then a train went by, making a lot of noise, and panic appeared. Squeeking and tweeting and screaming almost was heard over lare part of the city. The two flocks found themselves in a weird and chaotic dance. Then, slowly, everything went back to silence and seeming stillness. Except, the flocks exchanged their bases. Was this actually a fight for a better position? Creating panic and taking the enemy with the support of passing train, the birds are intertwined in the workings of this factory, they are part of it's cycle. And who knows... they provide excellent surveillance.
